Description

No sequence data is available for the P{lacW}snRNA:U4:39Bk06410 line. The P{lacW}snRNA:U4:39Bk06410 insertion line was designated an allele of snRNA:U4:39B in FlyBase based on its failure to complement the lethality of the P{lacW}snRNA:U4:39Bk09410 insertion line. However, since the P{lacW}snRNA:U4:39Bk09410 insertion maps within both snRNA:U4:39B and Atg18b (nested genes), it is unclear to which transcription unit the lethality maps. It is therefore unknown whether the P{lacW}snRNA:U4:39Bk06410 insertion line causes an allele of snRNA:U4:39B or Atg18b or both. Alleles of both genes have been made in FlyBase for the P{lacW}snRNA:U4:39Bk06410 insertion line until more information is known.
