      dupk03308 homozygous mutant clones in the eye have normal morphology at 1 day old and then show retinal degeneration.

      (Huang et al., 2015)

      Lethality occurs during third instar larval or pupal stages. Mutants exhibit visible disc abnormalities: discs are small. Clones induced in wild type discs are of normal size and shape.
