Description

A chimeric Ace protein in which the C-terminal GPI-anchoring signal of the Ace coding region has been replaced by a Tag:TM(HSV1-gC) tag (encoding the transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains of herpes simplex virus-1 glycoprotein C) is expressed under the control of an Hsp70 promoter.
