Description

An Hsp70 promoter drives expression of an Ace cDNA fragment extending from 124bp upstream of the ATG codon to 84bp upstream of the stop codon. This contains the entire Ace coding sequence except for the C-terminal hydrophobic peptide, resulting in a soluble Ace protein.
