Flies carrying Snap25hs.PW are viable and have normal wings and eyes at 25oC.
Overexpression of Snap25hs.PW causes no defects in either the amplitude of the excitatory junctional potential (EJP), or the frequency of miniature EJPs in the muscle at the larval neuromuscular junction. Snap25hs.PW does not alter the physiological defects seen in the muscle at the larval neuromuscular junction of flies overexpressing Rophs.PS when coexpressed with Rophs.PS.
