Expression of Ras85DV12.C40.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sev.PU leads to ommatidial rotation defects and loss of the R7 or other photoreceptor cells when compared to controls.

Expression of Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH early in the entire eye does not cause any tissue overgrowth or increase in organ size.

Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4elav-C155 animals are viable, and do not exhibit brain degeneration.

When Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS is driven by Scer\GAL4HLHmδ some weak ommatidial misrotations are seen in the eye. When Ras85DV12.Scer\UAS is driven by Scer\GAL4hs.2sev ommatidial misrotations are seen in the eye.

The distribution and morphology of macrochaetae and microchaetae is normal in animals expressing Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca.PU.

Expression of Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a rough eye phenotype.

Expression of Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS, under the control of Scer\GAL4C380 increases the number of type I synaptic boutons compared to wild-type controls. This increase is indistinguishable from the increase in bouton number observed in flies where Ras85DScer\UAS.cKa expression is driven by Scer\GAL4C380.

Expression of Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP in wing disc cells does not result in a significant increase in clone area relative to controls.

When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4hs.2sev a rough eye phenotype results.

No ectopic proliferation is seen with Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS. The adults often have wing blisters and extra vein material along L3.

Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1-mediated expression causes little, if any, hyperplastic growth in third instar wing discs. Mutants survive to adulthood and have minor differentiation defects.

Co-expression of Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS dramatically enhances the loss of bristle phenotype caused by expression of RalaS25N.cMa.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca.PU.

The loss of bristle phenotype seen in flies co-expressing Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS and RalaS25N.cMa.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca.PU is suppressed by co-expression of Rgl1.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\CAAX.

Co-expression of either RalaS25N.cMa.Scer\UAS or Rgl1FL.Scer\UAS has no effect on the rough eye phenotype caused by expression of Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

The enhancement effect of Ras85DV12.G37.Scer\UAS on cnkhs.sev.T:Zzzz\FLAG contrasts sharply with the lack of enhancement of cnkhs.sev.T:Zzzz\FLAG by Ras85DV12.S35.Scer\UAS or Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS.

When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4hs.2sev, acts as a moderate suppressor of the WGMR.PG eye phenotype.

Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 and rlSem do not act synergistically, no hyperplastic growth is seen in third instar wing discs. The adults often have wing blisters and extra vein material along L3. This phenotype is not suppressed by phlXS-2541.

No ectopic proliferation is seen with Ras85DV12.C40.Scer\UAS. The adults often have wing blisters and extra vein material along L3. This phenotype is not suppressed by RafXS-2541.
