Cytology

Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an activated form of N. The protein lacks the amino acids between Arg8 and Arg1812 and a frameshift has been induced after Lys2199 which adds 5 new residues (GKSSI). The protein contains the cdc10/ANK repeats of the intracellular domain but lacks the C-terminal region including the second nuclear localisation signal and the PEST motif.
