      76-100% of macrochaetae are missing in flies expressing numbS148A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4189. Embryos expressing numbS148A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 have many more neurons than wild-type embryos. Embryos expressing numbS148A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of both Scer\GAL4twi.PG and Scer\GAL4how-24B form eve-expressing dorsal muscle, but hardly any eve-expressing pericardial cells are formed.
