Expression of Sema2aUAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR83H12 leads to subtle changes in P-Fr neurons process targeting when compared to control adults.

Expression of Sema-2aScer\UAS.cKa in all neurons (under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu), epidermis (Scer\GAL4wg-Gal4), trachea (Scer\GAL4tracheal) and oenocytes (Scer\GAL4salm-459.2) does not alter sensory axon projections or result in axon stalling.

Expression of Sema-2aScer\UAS.cKa in all muscles, with the Scer\GAL4how-24B driver, leads to aberrant formation of the transverse nerve in 27.9% of cases, and inhibits the innervation of muscles 6 and 7 by the RP3 motoneuron, causing axons to stall or enter inappropriate areas.

Scer\GAL4how-24B-mediated expression causes failure of the transverse nerve to form. Scer\GAL4A51-mediated expression specifically repels the lateral branch of SNa.
