Females doubly heterozygous for l(1)4343 and Sxlf1 show 7% viability. Lethality of l(1)4343/Sxlf1 females occurs at embryonic and larval stages. The lethality can be partially rescued by Dp(1;3)sn13a1. Females doubly heterozygous for l(1)4343 and fl(1)3535 show 19% viability compared to control flies. Females doubly heterozygous for l(1)4343 and sisA1 show reduced viability compared to single heterozygous females. Females doubly heterozygous for l(1)4343 and sc10-1 show a slight reduction in viability compared to single heterozygous females. Does not interact with fl(2)d1 or fl(2)d2.
