Construct: The per circadian regulatory sequence (CRS) - a 69bp fragment located approximately 500bp upstream of the per transcription start site - is fused upstream of a basal heat shock promoter driving expression of a per cDNA plus 2.1kb of 3' genomic flanking sequences.
