Construct: Contains a genomic fragment consisting of nos sequences extending from the cis-regulatory sequences to the end of the open reading frame fused upstream of a genomic fragment containing the nos 3' untranslated region lacking the translation control element (TCE) (nucleotides 1 to 185 of the 3' UTR).
