      Weak sporadic defects in ganglionic branch (GB) outgrowth during development of the tracheal system. GBs sporadically stall or are misrouted and fail to follow their stereotypical path into the CNS. GBs grow normally over the ISN during the initial phase of their migration, but fail to make the switch to the SN and associate with the exit glial cells. The structure of nearby nerves and glial cells is unaffected. Differentiation of tracheal cells seems normal.
