Nucleotide substitutions are numbered from the Est-P start codon and are relative to Est-P255S. There is also an insertion of ACATTTGAT, nucleotides 1379-1387 in Est-P510S, that is not present in the Est-P255S reference sequence.

Nucleotide substitutions are numbered from the translation initiation codon and are relative to the Est-P sequence in FBrf0052541. There is also a 9bp insertion sequence (ACATTTGATG), nucleotides 1379-1387 in Est-P510S, that is not present in the Est-P reference sequence from FBrf0052541. Amino acid residues are numbered according to the Est-P510S nucleotide sequence. The 9bp insertion sequence results in the introduction of 2 additional amino acid residues compared to the Est-P reference sequence from FBrf0052541; D460 and I461. In addition, the insertion sequence creates two tandemly located stop codons at residues 462 and 463.
