Description

An Hsp26-Sgs3 regulatory cassette drives expression of the full length hts N4 cDNA (including the 3'UTR). A 0.5kb fragment of the Ecol\lacZ gene (to enable detection of RNA) is inserted between the hts open reading frame and the 3' UTR.
