Description

An Hsp26-Sgs3 regulatory cassette drives expression of the hts N4 5' UTR and open reading frame fused to a 0.5kb fragment of the Ecol\lacZ gene (to enable detection of RNA). An α tubulin 3' UTR is fused downstream of the lacZ sequences.
