Flies expressing mαScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 show defects in the development of the adult peripheral nervous system. Expression of mαScer\UAS.cLa under the control of either Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 or Scer\GAL469B does not appear to alter wing vein fates or the overall integrity of the wing margin, although sensory organ fates in each of these territories are altered.
