The addition of one copy of P{GMR-drob-1} produces slightly abnormal eyes, increased copies leads top severely rough eyes. There is a loss of photoreceptor morphology and a reduced number or complete loss of the photoreceptor neurons in ommatidia in a gene dosage dependant manner.
DebclGMR.PI has phenotype, non-suppressible by Scer\GAL4unspecified/Diap2UAS.cIa

DebclGMR.PI has phenotype, non-suppressible by Scer\GAL4unspecified/BacA\p35UAS.cHa
NcC318G.Scer\UAS has little protective effect on the debclGMR.PI phenotype even at higher levels.
Addition of BacA\p35Scer\UAS.cHa, Iap2Scer\UAS.cIa or NcC318G.Scer\UAS has little protective effect on the debclGMR.PI phenotype even at higher levels.
