      Expression of ChiΔSAD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 causes nicking of the distal wing margin. Expression of ChiΔSAD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 causes wings of a reduced size that show severe blistering.
