      When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 many sensory organ precursors are missing and wing vein L5 is truncated. When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 several notal bristles and/or head bristles are lost, the dorsocentral bristles being particularly sensitive. Some microchaetae are also lost. Sensory organ precursors fail to be specified.
