      Expression of eRF1EP3121 under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 results in the loss of scutellar and dorsocentral macrochaetae. Rarely, sensory organs with two shafts and one socket, no shaft and one socket and one shaft and no socket are seen. Thin or stumpy shafts are also seen.
