      Dominantly decreases transmission of Dp(1;f)J21A to offspring to 21%. Recessive lethality acts in the second larval instar and pupal stages. Larval neuroblast squashes reveal fragmented metaphase and anaphase figures. Individual chromosomes are hard to identify and some regions of the chromosome arms exhibit aberrant condensation.
