      uspScer\UAS.cGa driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PF does not rescue the furrow phenotypes seen in usp2 homozygous clones. uspScer\UAS.cGa driven by Scer\GAL4h-1J3 completely rescues the furrow phenotypes seen in usp2 homozygous clones. uspScer\UAS.cGa driven by Scer\GAL4h-1J3 partially rescues the furrow phenotypes seen in usp2 homozygous clones. Rescue is seen at the very edges of the disc, also in areas further away from the margin.
