      The expression of α-Man-IIaPdL19B3 during development under the combined control of Tn10\tetRAct5C.T:Hsim\VP16 and doxycycline treatment show a fully penetrant rough eye phenotype, while this expression only during adulthood results in a 7.55 to 12.4% increase in life span compared to controls (without doxycycline).
