Rescue of dome mutant phenotypes occurs in the absence of a Scer\GAL4 driver in the P{UAS-dome.CGH}5.1 insertion line, suggesting that a nearby genomic enhancer is activating the P{UAS-dome.CGH} construct in the posterior spiracles in this line.
