Scer\GAL4^dome-PG125-driven expression of two copies of dome^{Scer\UAS.cCGHa} results in early larval lethality.

Expression of dome^{Scer\UAS.cCGHa} in border cells, driven by Scer\GAL4^slbo.2.6, inhibits the migration of border cell clusters to the oocyte. However, the apical cap of these egg chambers forms and is shed normally.

Expression of dome^{Scer\UAS.cCGHa} under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PH results in a small-eye phenotype.
