Description

A 3325 base genomic region of the Nrg region, corresponding to the alternatively spliced intron, is included, which extends from 3' 59 nucleotide of the C exon to the 5' 56 nucleotide of the N exon. This is driven by the Hsp70 promoter, tagged with lacZ and followed by an Hsp70 3' trailer.
