      Stage 12 Qsox1KG04615 embryos exhibit significantly fewer macrophages within the germ band and significantly more macrophages on the yolk, as well as fewer migrating macrophages along the ventral nerve cord, but no change in the total number of macrophages, as compared to controls.

      In Qsox1KG04615 embryos, macrophages migrating from their initial position in the delaminated mesoderm up to the germband are significantly slower and take much longer to start invading the germ band, but there are no significant changes in speed of migration along the germ band and there are no changes in macrophage persistence in the head, as compared to controls.
