      Expression of WASpΔA.Scer\UAS in the mesoderm under the control of Scer\GAL4twi.PG results in myoblast fusion defects. Small multi-nucleated muscles form, and there are large gaps between the muscles. Fusion rounds appear to stop after precursor formation.
