Nucleotide change:

C7949174T

Reported nucleotide change:

C1003T

Amino acid change:

A270V | exex-PA

Reported amino acid change:

A270term

Comment:

The mutation is reported as C to T base change leading to a nonsense mutation in Ala 270, however a C to T base change in that codon leads to a Ala to Val amino acid change.

FlyBase curator comment: Authors state that this is a nonsense mutation - C1003T. However Figure 1D indicates mutation maps to an Ala, even though a C to T change in an Ala cannot generate a stop codon.
