When dsfScer\UAS.cPa is driven by Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI, Scer\GAL4Dll-md23 or Scer\GAL4h-1J3 an embryonic lethal phenotype is seen. When driven by Scer\GAL4elav.PLu animals die as embryos or first instar larvae.
