      mysG4 dorsal branch terminal cell clones in third instar larvae show substantial branch pruning and multiple convoluted lumens coursing through the remaining terminal branches.

      Homozygous somatic clones in the wing result in wing blisters. Mutant embryos show dorsal herniation.
