      Flies expressing dsh8-9.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF have eyes which are larger than those of flies expressing the parental dshScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC line under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, but are smaller than wild type. Flies expressing dsh8-9.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL469B have a moderate planar polarity phenotype in the wing.
