      Both the life span and stress phenotypes seen in mth1 animals have been reverted to wild-type. The amplitudes of evoked excitatory junctional potentials (EJPs) are indistinguishable from wild-type. The quantal content of evoked release in mutant neuromuscular junctions is also wild-type in mthR3 animals.
