Description

An incorrect excision of P{UAS-ve.B} has caused an inverted duplication of the UAS and rho ORF, with a spacer portion consisting of rho sequences. This is predicted to generate an RNA with a hairpin structure, which affects the endogenous rho locus via an RNAi-like mechanism.
