      Metaphases from Su(var)2-HP2692/Df(2R)B11 larval brains show a number of abnormalities (frequency of cells showing each phenotype is indicated in parentheses), such as abnormal chromosome condensation (11.4%), hypercondensed chromosomes (1.4%), hyperploid/polyploid cells (0.7%), chromosome breaks (3.6%) and precocious sister-chromatid segregation (5.7%).
