      Metaphases from Su(var)2-HP2288/Df(2R)B11 larval brains show a number of abnormalities (frequency of cells showing each phenotype is indicated in parentheses), such as abnormal chromosome condensation (35.2%), hypercondensed chromosomes (3.0%), chromosome breaks (3.6%) and precocious sister-chromatid segregation (10.3%).
