      Comments

      The defects in taste bristles on the labellum seen in PoxnΔM22-B5 flies are not rescued by PoxnScK, but the defects in taste bristles on the leg and anterior wing margin are partially rescued. The leg and antenna segmentation defects seen in PoxnΔM22-B5 flies are rescued by PoxnScK. The defects in the posterior lobe seen in PoxnΔM22-B5 males are not rescued by PoxnScK and male fertility is not rescued. The defects in penis structure are rescued. PoxnScK does not rescue the flying capability of PoxnΔM22-B5 flies. PoxnScK rescues the courting defects (in both daylight and red light conditions) of PoxnΔM22-B5 males.
