Induction of KrnScer\UAS.cRa by Scer\GAL4esg-NP7397 results in extensive overproliferation of adult midgut progenitor cells.

KrnScer\UAS.cRa; Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 adults have short bloated stumps for wings. The cuticles of KrnScer\UAS.cRa; Scer\GAL469B embryos have expanded head structures compared to wild-type. KrnScer\UAS.cRa; Scer\GAL455B flies lay eggs with ectopic dorsal appendage material. KrnScer\UAS.cRa; Scer\GAL4GMR.PF flies have rough eyes.
