Description

The CkIIβgDNA transgene does not encompass alternative exon VIIc of the CkIIβ transcription unit.

6kb rescue fragment assembled by fusion of a 1.8kb fragment derived from DS01551 with a 4.2kb CkIIβ fragment. The fusion results in a 7bp deletion which removes the predicted translation initiation codon in exon Ic of the CkIIβ Ic-VIIc splice variant and the splice donor site from exon Ib.
