      cnnScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP overexpression in the mid-stage (50%) pupal photoreceptors (under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF) dramatically expands the apical membrane domain in an apical to basal fashion, concurrent with mispositioning of apical markers. However, there are no defects in cell polarity.
