Description

Imprecise excision of the P{lacW} element, resulting in a deletion of genomic DNA extending from the 3' end of the element. The deletion removes 5779bp from the P{lacW} transposon 3' end and 5771bp of genomic DNA. The deleted genomic DNA includes vri sequences and part of CG14024.
