      Comments

      Expression of wdsScer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4c355, Scer\GAL469B, Scer\GAL429BD or Scer\GAL4T80 provides a low level (3-5%) of rescue of the hemizygous lethality of wdsj25 males. In about half of the cases the rescued males are sterile, with defects in late stages of spermiogenesis.
