Reference

shfEY03173/shfEY03173 is semi-lethal. Escaper adults have a typical shf wing phenotype including reduced distance between L3 and L4.

The majority of shfEY03173/+; Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 flies are normal, although about 5% have a truncated hindleg.

shfEY03173 homozygous adults have typical shf wing phenotypes.

Embryos born to shfEY03173 germ-line clone carrying mothers develop normally.
