Description

The Ubi-p63E promoter drives expression of a chimeric protein composed of the extracellular ligand binding domain and part of the transmembrane domain of wit, fused to part of the transmembrane domain and the intracellular kinase domain of sax (fusion the two coding sequences is in the middle of the transmembrane domain).
