When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4^7B or Scer\GAL4^OK107, nos^UY4741 shows a mushroom body Class III phenotype; axonal growth and guidance defects. The phenotype with Scer\GAL4^OK107 is more striking than with Scer\GAL4^7B.
