Homozygous larval brains show an increased mitotic index (1.33) compared to wild type (1.04). 70% of the mitotic cells are in prometaphase/metaphase compared to 88% in wild type. 23% of anaphases show abnormalities, 29% of mitotic cells have overcondensed chromosomes and 36% of prometaphase/metaphase cells show precocious sister chromatid separation (PSCS). Hemizygous larval brains show a reduced mitotic index (0.75) compared to wild type (1.04). 74% of the mitotic cells are in prometaphase/metaphase compared to 88% in wild type. 31% of anaphases show abnormalities, 34% of mitotic cells have overcondensed chromosomes and 26% of prometaphase/metaphase cells show precocious sister chromatid separation (PSCS). Metaphase figures show high levels of aneuploidy. eco1/ecoEY00297 larval brains show a reduced mitotic index (0.80) compared to wild type (1.04). 78% of the mitotic cells are in prometaphase/metaphase compared to 88% in wild type. 19% of anaphases show abnormalities, 31% of mitotic cells have overcondensed chromosomes and 32% of prometaphase/metaphase cells show precocious sister chromatid separation (PSCS).
