Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein consisting of the C-terminus of arm (amino acid residues 694-843) followed by N-terminally truncated pan (lacking the first 31 amino acid residues of pan). The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.

      Embryos expressing arm::panarmC.ΔNTCF.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 have a cuticle phenotype altered towards a wg loss of function phenotype (lawn of denticles). The "lawn of denticles" cuticle phenotype seen in pygoS28 embryos is not rescued by expression of arm::panarmC.ΔNTCF.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32.
