      Expression of klar3'ΔS.Scer\UAS.6.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu does not result in a mutant eye phenotype. Expression of klar3'ΔS.Scer\UAS.6.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a mutant eye phenotype in only one of five lines tested.
