btszunspecified homozygous adults have reduced body pigmentation, shorter, thinner bristles, slightly rough eyes, occasionally crumpled wings and lay fewer eggs than wild-type. However, these flies are properly proportioned and show no obvious defects in coordination, feeding, or mating behavior.
